Process Input Signal Conditioner / Isolator Card: The standard Phoenix AC Drive can follow a 0 to +/- 10 VDC or a 4 to 20 ma Analog Input Signal. Without an Input Signal Isolator, the Analog Input Signal is directly connected to the signal common of the drive. The Process Input Signal Conditioner / Isolator Card isolates the Analog Input Signal from the drive signal common and allows the Phoenix AC Drive to accept a wide range of analog input signals (4 to 20 ma or 0 to 192 VDC). Independent span and zero adjustments allow the user to condition the input signal as required by the application. Only one of these option cards (3000-4040) can be powered from the drive. Board Input: 4-20 ma or 0-192 VDC Adjustments: Span, Zero Board Output: 4-20 ma or 0-10 VDC (Isolated from Input) Required Power Supply: 24 VDC, 75 ma maximum (only one board can be powered from Phoenix AC Drive) Availability: Factory installed or Kit Form |
3000-4040 |
|
Process Input Signal Conditioner / Isolator Card—120VAC: Provides the same function as the Process Input Signal Conditioner / Isolator Card (3000-4040), except this board is powered from an external 120VAC source. Board Input: 4-20 ma or 0-192 VDC Adjustments: Span, Zero Board Output: 4-20 ma or 0-10 VDC (Isolated from Input) Required Power Supply: 120VAC, 100 ma maximum (typically customer supplied) Availability: Factory Installed or Kit Form |
3000-4040-120 |
|
Non-Isolated 4-20 MA Process Signal Output Card: The standard Phoenix AC Drive has two 0 to 10 VDC Analog Signal Outputs. If a 4 to 20 ma Analog Output is required this card should be added. This card is the same card as the Process Input Signal Conditioner / Isolator Card (3000-4040) shown above. It is used to convert the drives 0-10V Analog Output to a 4 to 20 ma Analog Output. Because this card is powered from the drive, the output signal is not isolated from the drive signal common. Only one of these options cards (3000-4040) can be powered from the drive. If more than one 4-20 ma output is required or if the input signal must be conditioned or isolated, use the Isolated 4-20 ma Process Signal Output Card (3000-4040-120). Board Input: 0-10 VDC Adjustments: Span, Zero Board Output: 4-20 ma or 0-10 VDC (Non Isolated) Required Power Supply: 24 VDC, 75 ma maximum (only one board can be powered from Phoenix AC Drive) Note: Output Signal can be isolated from drive if customer provides their own 24 VDC isolated supply Availability: Factory Installed or Kit Form |
3000-4040 |
|
Isolated 4-20 MA Process Signal Output Card: Provides the same function as the Non-Isolated 4-20 ma Process Signal Output Card except the Output Signal is isolated from the drive signal common. This card is the same card as the Process Input Signal Conditioner / Isolator Card—120 VAC (3000-4040-120) shown above. It is used to convert the drives 0-10V analog output to a 4 to 20 ma Analog Output and Isolate it. Because this card is powered from a 120 VAC source, the output signal is isolated from the drive common. Board Input: 0-10 VDC Adjustments: Span, Zero Board Output: 4-20 ma or 0-10 VDC (Isolated from Drive) Required Power Supply: 120 VDC, 100 ma maximum (typically customer supplied) Availability: Factory Installed or Kit Form |

0-15 PSI Pneumatic Signal Follower Card: The 0-15 PSI Pneumatic Signal Follower Card gives the drive the ability to accept a pneumatic pressure source as an input reference signal from the outside world. A 1/8 inch ID hose fitting is provided for customer connection. Independent span and zero adjustments allow the user to easily calibrate the input to the drive. Board Input: 3-15 PSI, pneumatic neoprene 1/8” ID hose to on-board transducer nipple Adjustments: Span, Zero Board Output: 4-20 ma or 0-10 VDC Board Power Supply: 24 VDC, 50 ma maximum, (one board can be powered from Phoenix AC drive) Availability: Factory Installed or Kit Form |

115VAC Operator (Digital Input) Interface Card: The Phoenix AC Drive is designed to accept contact closures and/or logic inputs at a 24 VDC level. If the drive will be operated using remote Pushbuttons and Selector Switches powered at the 115 VAC level, this card should be used. This card accepts120 VAC logic level input signals and converts them to 24 VDC logic level inputs. Required Power Supply: Customer supplies 12 VAC, 30A minimum Availability: Factory Installed or Kit Form |
