Description: Immediate opening for Sales Engineer / Manager to secure new business and maintain customer satisfaction with our existing contract base. Responsible for developing and maintaining new accounts for Variable Frequency Drive products. |
|
Requirements Include: * College degree with preferred major in electrical engineering * Minimum three years sales experience with variable frequency drives * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including writing and presentation skills * Experience in motion control AC drives. Must be proficient in software packages included MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint * Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills for recruiting, hiring, training, and managing all positions of the sales team including Representatives * Manages various sales channels * Be involved in account development and contract negotiation with key accounts * Develop training and promotional campaign material. * Product training from key Distributor personnel. * Training and startup support for OEM customers. * Prepare issue and follow-up quotations. * Direct sales calls on OEMs and Distributor accounts. * Have the responsibility for sales, training and technical issues. * Develop and Execute market penetration plan. |
